Perhaps the P@ss is; You drive up the ramp and try to angle yourself through the blue-glowing bridge for the 'P@ss' :D

I don't think they literally mean that you will find a hidden portal in the game.

Travel through the dawn to the p@ss pictured in our brochures.

Since one cannot go through the dawn, dawn must be a code word for something other than the time of day. Using a simple thesaurus you get; first light or aurora. First light could mean a lamp post or a street light. P@ss might be a noun either but a verb as p@ss by or to move beyond. So then the pictured could be replaced with displayed or some other meaning.

Go though the first light beyond our books.

Look for a red truck with a dent on the right fender.

This might seem all to simple but the sign does have 4 tires on it. Also it is locally centered very close to all the blue light activity. So four tires and 4 directions N, E, S, and W.

Raise your left hand and recite the words: "Take me to to my father-father, brother-uncle. Kifflom." We'll do the rest. Because we all know, there is Kifflom and there is Krant, and both be praised.
Blindfold required.

I am of the opinion you will find words will hold more meaning than actions at this point. That is just my opinion.

For example:

Travel through "THE DAWN"
maybe The Dawn is a specific name of a bridge or so, maybe The Dawn turns out to be an anagram to any other of the bridges or spots in SA "THE P@SS"
maybe another anagran for a city or locatio in the state?

pictured in "OUT BROCHURES"
maybe we can take another aagram that fits to this?

Maybe with anagrams we can figure out the solution.

Very interresting--cop on a Sanchez instead of a police motercycle! Also interresting that CJ has on the snake jacket at the time--connection maybe?

I think " Snake Jacket " has been not hunted, enough.
it holds good respect in stats, there is a Snake-head leader in an SF in a mission.

and the fact he has triggered a red Sanchez,is maybe a clue, altho its not a truck...'
but trucks do haul them around, for folks in real life.

As to dirt bike track meets and the also occurred in the Logging camp area, also not,
far from Blueberry.
